What is your diagnosis?

Diagnosis Cheilitis granulomatosa
Clinical diagnosis was Cheilitis granulomatosa without other symptoms of
Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome.

Blue nevus, common type, with prominent fibrosis, mimicking Dermatofibroma
with numerous siderophages.
The recognition of the bipolar-dendritic cells with fine uniform brown-black
granules in their cytoplasms is the clue for Blue nevi, common and also
cellular type.

Case 1: Poroma with the lesion in sebacous gland
Case 2: Poroma with the lesion in hair follicle
Some neoplasms like Seborrheic keratosis and Basal cell carcinoma will arise
from Epidermis and skin appendages, especially hair follicle.
Poroma will be another example.

Leg ulcer associated with Stasis change of blood vessels in the patient with
Varicosis.
note: The blue dot on the image is artificial.

Poroid neoplasm, Hidracanthoma simplex or Smith-Coburn type.
The duct is actuary ductal differentiation because the cuticular cells are
crowded and don't make one cell layer.
The sebocytes are a part of normal sebacous lobule because there are
no undifferentiated sebocytes.

Suppurative granulomatous fibrosing granulation tissue in Decubitus ulcer.
Special finding: Foreign body type granuloma with central neutrophils and clefts.
Some will call this as Miescher's radial granuloma which used to be regarded
as specific finding in Erythema Nodosum."

Eccrine angiomatous hamartoma

Xanthoma, not classified.
The lesion is composed of small papules located on the chest wall in young adult.
No information is available about the presence of hyperlipidemia

cytoplasmic eosinophilic globules (Gottlieb body)

dusts, extravasated erythrocyte but fibrin deposit in the vessel wall).
