臨床診断が脂肪腫ということは、皮下腫瘤で表皮に変化がなかったと考えられますが、組織像はfibrohistiocytic cellの増殖より成り、血管腔様の所見がみられますので上記診断を考えました。

some lipoblasts or lipoblast-like change in low power view but no other similar change in mid to higher power view? I think liposarcoma is the possible diagnosis so far. More pictures would be of help to find more clues to the diagnosis...

aneurysmal BFHに見える。angiomatoid MFHが第一の鑑別対象で、Nod F, DFSP, MPNSTなども鑑別すべきであろう。
