Additional clinical information of case166 made much
easier to identify the nuchal-type fibroma.
The case 167 seems to be primary cutaneous follicular lymphoma.
It is a matter of interest whether the case expresses bcl-2 with
t(14;18), as cutaneous FL might be different from nodal FL in this
regard. |

リンパ濾胞が形成されていますが、大小不同で融合傾向があるため、
反応性というより腫瘍性病変を考えます。濾胞内にtingible body
macrophage様の組織球も混在していると思います。 |

It should be cutaneous follicular center cell lymphoma.
It is a matter of interest whether centrocytes or centroblasts predominant,
because I can not identify precisely under the high power fields
due to limited experience. Can experts tell me on the BBS board.
