Definitely, your answer should be correct. The single-layered
glandular structure with stromal component favor cutaneous endometriosis
rather than ectopic breast. Either iatrogenic implantation or Mullerian
heterotopia might be the pathogenesis. |

橘先生 こんにちは。臨床医に聞いたところでは、そのような既往はないとのことでした。
Clinician said she had no previous history of Caesarean operation. |

福本先生ご無沙汰いたしております。いつも、勉強になる症例呈示をしてくださり、ありがとうございます。また、返信ありがとうございました。以前勤めていた病院で、帝王切開後の切開線が「性周期に併せてズキズキ痛む」との訴えから皮膚切除生検され、endometriosis
であった症例を経験したことがありましたので、興味があってお尋ねしました。 |
