High power view demonstrated small cerebriform lymphocytes
with irregular nuclei. corresponding to mycosis fungoides or Sezary
syndrome.The epidemal lesion would be Pautrier's microabscess. Actinic
reticuloid must be included in the differentiation. idradenoma. |

Case174:Mycosis fungoides |
| |
表皮のpsiriasiform hyperplasia, 表皮内への3個以上の淡明な細胞質を有し、脳回状の複雑な形をした核を有するリンパ球系異型細胞(異型リンパ球との表記は避けた方が良いです)の浸潤、真皮乳頭層の膠原線維増生、浸潤細胞が真皮浅層より表皮内の方が大きいなどの所見より、菌状息肉症と考えます。なお、追加画像の一枚目に認める表皮内の腫瘍細胞より大きくて繊細なクロマチンの馬蹄形核を有する細胞はLangerhans
cellsだと思います。ney will be the candidate. |
