hemangiopericytomatous patternを呈する境界明瞭ば腫瘍で、核腫大が目立ち、一見悪性様に見えますが、そのた、壊死・mitosisなどの悪性所見はなく、symplastic typeのグロムス腫瘍と考えます。

I appreciate symplastic glomus tumor, as well. The tumor appears in close vicinity to nerve fibers. Hidradenoma and digital papillary adenocarcinoma might be in differential diagnosis.
