Possibilities include mucinous eccrine nevus and
eccrine angiomatous hamartoma. The latter one would be suitable
because the lesion contains both of increased eccrine and vascular
structures surrounded by mucinous stroma. Chondroid syringoma is
unlikely as there is no myoepithelial proliferation. |
