There is an ulcerated skin lesion assiciated with
diffuse suppurative and focal granulomatous reactions in the dermis.
There is also something stained faintly blue in the clear tissue
spaces that might be a pathogen responsible for this disease. Sporotrichosis
would be a good answer, but special staining should definitely be
required for the final diagnosis. Ruptured deep folliculitis might
give the similar result as well. |
